MIDAQ acquires Åry Trays & Bending Group
MIDAQ Industry has today acquired 100% of the shares in Jomarast Kapital AB, which includes Åry AB, Åry Home AB, Bending Holding AB, and Bendinggroup AB. Jomarast Kapital AB is sold by Tomas Ragnarsson, Roger Starkenberg and Bengt-Olof Johansson.
MIDAQ acquires TR Group
MIDAQ Industry has today acquired 100% of the shares in TR Group AB, which includes Tranås Rostfria AB and TR Equipment AB with subsidiaries. The seller of TR Group AB is Maze Holding in Tranås AB.

MIDAQ AB has today successfully issued senior unsecured bonds of SEK 200 million within a framework amount of SEK 400 million, maturing on December 13, 2024.
