MIDAQ acquires Cottex

MIDAQ Indoor Living has today acquired 100% of the shares in Cottex AB from Hafrem AB.

Cottex has been an established brand in the Swedish market for home lighting since 1979. The business is conducted in Limhamn, Malmö, and through the acquisition the customer offering within MIDAQ Indoor Living is broadened. With an expanded range and an even more attractive offer, we create opportunities to strengthen our position with retailers and consumers.
