Changes in the board in MIDAQ AB

At MIDAQ AB's Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2022, Gunilla Rittgård, Onsala, was elected board chairman, and Claes Winterfeldt, Stockholm, was elected as board member. In addition, Michaela Andersson, Lars-Åke Bylander and Hans-Göran Frick were re-elected and thus remain as board members. At the same time, CEO Stefan Engdahl and CFO Håkan Sundberg left the board.  

The changes should be seen as a natural step in MIDAQ's development and continued growth journey, says outgoing board chairman Hans-Göran Frick.  

MIDAQ warmly welcomes Gunilla Rittgård and Claes Winterfeldt to the board.
