MIDAQ acquires LJ Produkter/Belyso

MIDAQ Indoor Living has today acquired 100% of the shares in LJ Produkter/Belyso in Gnosjö from Madelen Berg and Erik Johansson. 

LJ Produkter/Belyso develops, designs, markets and sells LED lighting products with a focus on efficient and sustainable solutions for industry, retail and public environments for customers locally and globally. The company has a product offering that includes spotlights, industrial lighting, LED panels & strips, and various accessories. The company has been active since 1978 and has a turnover of approx. 30 MSEK and six employees. 

• With MIDAQ as the new owner, conditions are created for the company to grow and develop together with similar companies in MIDAQ in the long term - says CEO Madelen Berg.
   
• LJ Produkter, with the associated brand Belyso, adds a product segment to MIDAQ and new competence that fits well with our continued growth.
