MIDAQ AB announces outcome of the written procedure regarding its senior unsecured bonds
MIDAQ AB announces outcome of the written procedure regarding its senior unsecured bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0017085319.
MIDAQ AB (publ) (the "Company") receives the consent of the bondholders to waive certain events of default under the terms and conditions of the Company’s senior unsecured bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0017085319 with an outstanding nominal amount of SEK 200,000,000 (the "Bonds") that has been triggered in connection with the previously announced bankruptcy of the Company’s indirect subsidiary Gårdsman AB.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure to constitute a quorum, and a required majority of the bondholders voted in favour of approving the consent. Consequently, the agent, Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), has today concluded the written procedure.
Payment of the consent fee to the bondholders with respect to each Bond will occur within ten (10) business days from 1 December 2023.
