MIDAQ acquires Gårdsman
MIDAQ has today, via the business area MIDAQ Outdoor Living, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Gårdsman AB by Niclas Samuelsson and Mattias Öhrling, Mek & Maskin Rumskulla AB. Gårdsman AB is a reseller of outdoor products from e.g. Husqvarna, Gardena, Stihl, Fogelsta and a number of complementary products.
Sales and service take place partly via the company’s store in Jönköping, and partly via its own e-commerce (www.gardsman.se). Gårdsman has a wide range of outdoor products and in recent years has had a positive sales development via both the company’s store and via its own e-commerce. The company, which has a turnover of approx. SEK 50 million, has a strong brand and fits well into MIDAQ’s continued growth journey within the MIDAQ Outdoor Living business area. Gårdsman will continue its operations as an independent company within the group and is led by Joakim Andersson, who is also the CEO of Hillerstorp Outdoor Living AB.
